In a pot, add water, sugar and peaches (medium heat). </div>

Zest 1 grapefruit into a bowl. Squeeze the juice of both

Once peaches and sugar water has cooled, add to a food processor and blend till

This sorbet is my boyfriend's FAVOURITE. He loves mangoes and will barely leave any for me when I make this sorbet.<br />

- 3 cups of frozen mango (You can buy a bag of frozen mango chunks from any grocery store)<br />

- 2 cups of water<br />

- 1/2 cup of sugar<br />

Pour mango mixture into the ice cream maker, turn on and let churn for about 40 mins.<br />
<br />
Once it's done check to constancy. If you prefer it a bit more frozen just put it in the freezer for about 20mins.<br />

In a pot, heat the water and sugar until the sugar has dissolve. Set aside and let cool.<br />

Once the sugar water has cooled pour it into a food processor and add the kiwis. Blend until smooth.<br />

Assemble ice cream maker (making sure that you have had your freezer bowl in the freezer for at least 24hrs).<br />
<br />
Pour mixture into ice cream machine, turn on and let churn for about 40 mins.<br />
<br />
If it isn't frozen enough for your liking just put in to the freezer for about 20 mins.<br />
<br />
Scoop into a serving bowl and enjoy!<br />

This is a very delicious sorbet! It`s sweet and tart and cranberry-y!<br />

What you`ll need:<br />

- 1 cup of frozen cranberries<br />
<br />
- 1/2 cup of sugar<br />
<br />
- 1 cup of water<br />
<br />
- 2 cups of cranberry cocktail juice<br />
<br />
<br />

This one was very good! And very easy! Not overly sweet, just the right amount of coconut flavour and nice bits of chocolate chips. Only bad thing was after I had a bowl, I forgot to put in back in the freezer and the rest all melted :(<br />

What you'll need:<br />
- 1 can of coconut milk<br />
- 1/2 container or nutriwhip (or a non dairy cream substitute)<br />
- 1/2 a 70% dark chocolate lindt bar (chop into fine pieces)<br />

Pour your coconut milk and nutriwhip into a bar and stir to combine.<br />
<br />
Assemble your ice cream machine (making sure you've had your freezer bowl in the freezer for AT LEAST 24hrs).<br />
<br />
Pour your coconut/nutriwhip mixture into the ice cream machine and turn on.<br />
<br />
Let it churn for about 20 mins, then add chocolate pieces.<br />

Normally when I use fruit I normally make a sorbet but this one is made with a non dairy cream substitute. I have made blackberry sorbet before and I actually prefer it with a "cream" base instead.<br />

What you'll need:<br />
- 3 cups of blackberries<br />
- 4 tbsp of sugar<br />
- 1/3 cup of water<br />
- non dairy cream substitute (I use nutriwhip)<br />

In a pot add the blackberries, sugar and water. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes till the blackberries are soft.<br />
<br />
Pour the blackberries into a strainer over a bowl, use a fork to push the blackberries through the strainer. Let it cool.<br />

Once it's done cooling add it to your non dairy cream.<br />
<br />
Assemble your ice cream maker, turn it on and pour mixture into the machine. Let it churn for about 30-45 minutes.<br />
<br />
Once it's done, scoop some into a serving dish and enjoy!!<br />

This one is interesting, it's kind of like mint chocolate chip ice cream but reversed. Still delicious!<br />

- your non dairy substitute<br />
- 1/2 cup of 1"x1" pieces of dark chocolate (containing no dairy products)<br />
- 2 tsp mint extract<br />

Pour your non dairy substitute (I use nutriwhip) into a pot with the chocolate and heat till all the chocolate has melted. Let it cool.<br />

I really like this sorbet because of the bits of blue berry and lemon zest throughout! If you or someone you know don't like desserts being too sweet this is perfect. It has a great combination of sweet and tart.<br />
What you'll need:<br />
- 1 cup of water<br />
- 1/2 cup of sugar<br />
- 3 cups of frozen blue berries (you could use fresh blue berries) I normally just have a bag of frozen blue berries in my fridge so that's what I use<br />
- 1 lemon<br />
<br />
In a pot heat up your water and sugar till all the sugar melts, then pour into a bowl and put it in the fridge to cool.<br />
<br />
Put your blue berries into a food processor and blend. Pour into a bowl.<br />
<br />
Zest your lemon and squeeze the juice from half the lemon. Add to your blue berry mixture.<br />
<br />
Once your sugar water has been cooled you can also add this to your blue berry and lemon mixture. Assemble you ice cream machine and pour mixture in.<br />
<br />
In about 30 minutes you will have a very tastey lemon blue berry sorbet! Don't forget to garnish with a couple blue berries and some zest!<br />

What you'll need:<br />
- Your non-dairy cream substitute (I use nutriwhip)<br />
- Chocolate (I used 70% dark lindt, no milk in it)<br />
- mint extract<br />
- green food colouring<br />

Pour the nutriwhip into a bowl and add about 2 teaspoons of mint extract (taste and add more depending on how minty you'd like it).<br />
<br />
Add 2 teaspoons of green food colouring into the mixture.<br />
<br />
Assemble ice cream machine and pour mixture in.<br />
<br />
While mixture is being turned in the machine, chop your chocolate into small bits almost like shavings.<br />
<br />
After 15 minutes pour the chocolate bits into the ice cream machine with the mixture. Don't add the chocolate at the beginning because it will make the chocolate frozen and hard, making it harder to taste it that way.<br />

1. MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP!<br />

By far this is my favourite flavour! I am a hard person to please when it comes to mint chocolate chip ice cream. It must be the right colour of green, not too blueish. It can't have chocolate syrup, it must have chocolate chips. I prefer having very fine bits chips of chocolate chips.<br />

I have yet to attempt making it because I am worried I'll do it no justice, but I hope to try it soon.<br />

This oreo ice cream recipe is very rich and smooth! I have made this a couple times now and each time I'm in heaven till it's done<br />

Tip: if you put whole oreos in it will make the ice cream sweeter and smoother but can be a bit too rich! the middle part of the oreo causes this. So what I like to do it just 10 oreo tops and bottoms and then 5 whole oreos to get a good consistency.<br />

What you'll need:<br />1 cup of sugar (you can increase or decrease depending on how sweet you want it)<br />1 1/2 cup of water<br />2 grape fruits (washed)<br />

If you are using an ice cream making machine you need to make sure that the freezer bowl has been in the freezer for a day or two before trying to make this.<br />
Pour the water and sugar into a small pot and heat until all the sugar has been dissolved. Then put sugar water in the fridge to cool.<br />Zest one of the grape fruits, then cut both in half and squeeze all that yummy juice out into a bowl with the zest. What I like to do it make sure there is some of the pulp in the bowl too, so I scrape the grape fruits with a spoon. This way the sorbet will have these bits of frozen pulp pieces!<br />Once the sugar water has cooled, add it to the grapefruit juice.<br />Then set up your ice cream machine or any method you are using to make the ice cream and pour the mixture in, and turn it on.<br />I normally wait about 30 mins, or you can take a peek every once and a while to see how the consistency is and stop when it's good for you.<br /><br />Now you are left with grapefruit sorbet that's to die for!!<br />
