Kiwi Sorbet

This recipe is an old one! I made these one quite a bit last year! That was until I became allergic to kiwis...lol. But I thought I would share it anyways and that others would benefit from it!

What you'll need:

- 4 kiwis (peeled and chopped into quarters)

- 1/2 cup of sugar

- 2 cup of water

In a pot, heat the water and sugar until the sugar has dissolve. Set aside and let cool.

Once the sugar water has cooled pour it into a food processor and add the kiwis. Blend until smooth.

Assemble ice cream maker (making sure that you have had your freezer bowl in the freezer for at least 24hrs).

Pour mixture into ice cream machine, turn on and let churn for about 40 mins.

If it isn't frozen enough for your liking just put in to the freezer for about 20 mins.

Scoop into a serving bowl and enjoy!
