I used to love this combo with frozen yogurt when I was a
kid! Still a great combo as for sorbet!
What you’ll need:
- 1 Banana
- 3 cups of frozen mango (normally the bags of frozen mango
have the mango already cut into cubes)
- 2 cups of water
- 1/4 cup of sugar
In a pot, heat water and sugar till all the sugar has
dissolved, place aside to cool.
In a food processor blend the banana and mango until smooth.
Once sugar water has cooled, add blended mango and banana
Assemble your ice cream maker (make sure your freezer bowl
has been in the freezer for at least 24hrs)
Pour mixture into the ice cream maker, turn on and let churn
for 40 mins
After the 40 mins, if it is not frozen enough for you just
put it in the fridge for another 20 min
Scoop into a serving dish and enjoy!
