Papaya Sorbet

This recipe is AMAZING! That’s pretty much all I have to say about it.

What you’ll need:

-4 cups of papaya (cut into cube)

-2 cups of water

-1/3 cups of sugar

In a pot, heat water and sugar till all the sugar has dissolved, place aside to cool.

In a food processor blend the papaya until smooth.

Once sugar water has cooled, add blended papaya.

Assemble your ice cream maker (make sure your freezer bowl has been in the freezer for at least 24hrs)

Pour mixture into the ice cream maker, turn on and let churn for 40 mins

After the 40 mins, if it is not frozen enough for you just put it in the fridge for another 20 min

Scoop into a serving dish and enjoy!
