what you’ll need:
- 2 peaches (peeled and sliced)
- 2 grapefruits
- 3 cups of water
- 1 cup of sugar
In a pot, add water, sugar and peaches (medium heat).
Once peaches have before tender (about 10-15min), take off
heat and let cool.
Zest 1 grapefruit into a bowl. Squeeze the juice of both
grapefruits into the bowl with the zest.
Once peaches and sugar water has cooled, add to a food processor and blend till smooth

Add peaches mixture to grapefruit juice
Assemble your ice cream maker (make sure your freezer bowl
has been in the freezer for at least 24hrs)
Pour mixture into the ice cream maker, turn on and let churn
for 40 mins
After the 40 mins, if it is not frozen enough for you just
put it in the fridge for another 20 min
Scoop into a serving dish and enjoy!

What Ice cream maker do you use to make those deliecious flavors ? I read some reviews about ice cream makers and consider Cuisinart ICE-30 and Cuisinart ICE-21 , Which one is better ?
