This sorbet is my boyfriend's FAVOURITE. He loves mangoes and will barely leave any for me when I make this sorbet.

 What you'll need:

- 3 cups of frozen mango (You can buy a bag of frozen mango chunks from any grocery store)

- 2 cups of water

- 1/2 cup of sugar

In a pot, heat up water and sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Set aside and let cool.

Once cool, add this sugar water mixture into a food processor along with the frozen mango. Puree till smooth

Assemble your ice cream maker (make sure that your freezer bowl has been in the freezer for at least 24hrs).

Pour mango mixture into the ice cream maker, turn on and let churn for about 40 mins.

Once it's done check to constancy. If you prefer it a bit more frozen just put it in the freezer for about 20mins.

Scoop into a serving dish and enjoy!!

What you`ll need:

- 1 cup of frozen cranberries

- 1/2 cup of sugar

- 1 cup of water

In a pot heat water and sugar till all sugar has dissolved. Set aside and let cool.

In a food processor add the frozen cranberries and juice and blend into smooth.
