Easy Chocolate Mint Ice Cream

This one is interesting, it's kind of like mint chocolate chip ice cream but reversed. Still delicious!

What you'll need:
- your non dairy substitute
- 1/2 cup of 1"x1" pieces of dark chocolate (containing no dairy products)
- 2 tsp mint extract

Pour your non dairy substitute (I use nutriwhip) into a pot with the chocolate and heat till all the chocolate has melted. Let it cool.

Once it has cooled add 2 tsps of mint extract.

Assemble ice cream machine, turn on and pour mixture in. Let it churn for 30-45 mins!
