Perfect for a cozy fall evening!! And this recipe is guaranteed
to make your home smell amazing!
What you’ll need:
- 4 peaches – peeled and sliced
- 1.5 cups of water
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- ½ tsp of cinnamon
- Nutriwhip (or any other cream substitute)
In a pot add water, peaches, maple syrup and cinnamon,
simmer on medium-low heat for 40 mins or until peaches are fairly tender. (It
take a while but it smells sooo good so it’s worth it)
Once the peaches are done and cooled to room temperature,
add to food processor and blend. (Not until smooth cause it’s nice to have
small bits of peaches in the ice cream so you don’t want to blend it too much)
Mix blended peaches with nutriwhip
Assemble your ice cream machine (make sure your freezer bowl
has been in the freezer for least 24 hours)
Pour mixture into the ice cream machine, turn on and let it
churn for 40mins
If it is not frozen enough for you, put it in the freezer
for 20mins.
Scoop into a serving dish and enjoy!!

If you were to use real whipping cream, how much should you use?

Hey Kelli,
DeleteUse about 2 cups
*you might also want to add a bit more maple syrup cause my cream substitute is a bit sweet. You can always adjust before putting it in the ice cream machine. Just taste the mixture to see if it's sweet enough for you.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks :)
